RETURN POLICY FOR THE CUSTOMER.
At CARNIVL, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every piece. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we’ve crafted our return policy to ensure a fair and seamless process.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer eligible.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Items marked as sale, special merchandise, or gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a verified quality issue.
RETURN OPTIONS
You may request a:
- Store Credit: Use it anytime for future purchases.
- Exchange: Swap for a different size or product (subject to availability).
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees).
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact Us: Email carnivlclothing44@gmail.com within 7 days to initiate your return. Include your order number, item details, and the reason for your return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the address for your return.
- Ship Back with Tracking: Returns must be shipped with a tracking number to ensure eligibility. We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please specify the new size or item you’d like when initiating your return. Availability is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.
- Orders returned without a valid tracking number will not be eligible for a refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We sincerely apologize if you receive a faulty or damaged item. To assist you quickly:

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your own cost, and CARNIVL does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Returns that fail to meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
